- Crisis management & assure smooth supply under instable market conditions (2002/2003 Currency devaluation, Nov 2016 currency floatation & 2020 Pandemic).
- Development and implementation of a country & global procurement strategy considering both internal & external factors.
- 2008 Leading the development & onboarding a new supplier within the Egyptian market in one of the Packaging portfolios with limited global presence, which is successfully running till today.
- Business target achievement is non-negotiable which had direct positive impact on business profitability.
